Chris commentates: Sunday night…were you sitting at home zoned out in front of the TV…because your Hopper Team was putting in WORK! Here’s what they did tonight to prep for the Mid Atlantic Hopper. WOD: 280lbs in plates, four bars and prowler are at one cone. Move plates by prowler and bars by any means 150 ft. Then build two 95lb bars and two 135lb bars. When all bars are built the team completes 60 of the following complex: Power Clean/Shoulder to Overhead/Backsquat (135/95) One male and one female work at at time. 7 minute cap for above Rest 1 min Part 2: Split in to two teams: Jan/Sam and Mike/Tori 13 min AMRAP One partner completes a 300 ft bar carry (135/95) Other partner completes Burpee Box Jumps (24″) Winner by burpee box jumps. They killed the first section and went on to complete 200 burpee box jumps! All while burning their lungs up in this freezing cold air. They are ready to do you folks proud!
