Q. What made you decide to try CrossFit?
A. My husband would not stop talking about this CrossFit, so when the Groupon came out I had no choice but to try it out.
Q. What is your favorite CrossFit/training moment to date?
A.Favorite moment was when I won the Paleo challenge, improved Murph time, lost 10 pounds and at that moment decided that this isn’t so bad
Q.What is your CrossFit/training goal?
A.To get in the best shape of my life and and maybe a pull up or two.
Q. What is your proudest CrossFit/training moment?
A. When I finished the Warrior Dash, I was able to complete that race because of the training and confidence I was taught at Arenal!
Q. What was the toughest hurdle when you got started?
A.I fought with myself on whether I could do these workouts – they seemed impossible.
Q. What is the toughest hurdle for you right now?
A.Time! I need more time in my day so I can get to the box 4 days a week.
Q. What keeps you going in a workout when you sometimes want to quit?
A.Honestly I don’t want to show anyone that I am a quitter.
Q.What is your favorite thing to do outside of training at Arenal Fitness?
A.Shopping, a girl can never have enough clothes and boots.
Q. What is your favorite part of Arenal Fitness?
A.Everyone is so nice, I always feel like a member of the family.
Q. Any advice for new members?
A. Run!!!! Joking, I would tell them to stick to it and not to give up!
Q. How has your training program at Arenal Fitness changed your life?
A.The fitness program gave me confidence. I never thought I could do the things that I am doing now!
