2 Minute Max Effort Box Jumps
Challenge date Dec 1st – 17th
Guys jump to a 24 in. box, girls to a 20 in. box.
Bumper plates can be used to make shorter boxes the appropriate height.
Hips open at the top of the box or on the way back down.
No landing on the edge/corner of the box. Heels must be at or above box height upon contact.
A 2.5 pood kettle bell must be held overhead the entire time. Just kidding about this one…although it would be epic.
