Our first of a series of challenges is just around the corner. This first challenge will be based around running. There will be one workout a week for 5 weeks. Workouts will be announced on Monday’s at 9am and will need to be submitted by Sunday’s at 11:59pm. You can repeat workouts as many times as possible within the week in order to get the best score possible!
