Big day for strength but the thing to focus on is your technical form in order to make it easier to lift a heavier weight.
improper form = no reps = no improvement in strength 🙂
CF Class WOD: Snatch 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps
BONUS WOD: As many rounds as possible in 8 minutes of: 200 m Run 20 Sit-ups with abmat
KB WOD:
double KB clean and press – 6 reps
alternating renegade row – 6 each side
TGU(Turkish Get Up) – 3 per side
Front Squat – 8 reps
one arm swing – 15 each side
