CF & KB WODs Friday 1/7/11

Question – “Which way do I go?  Left? Right? Answer – Both!!  Lot’s of coordination and change in direction for the KB class WOD.  But, once you get the rhythm, go are good to go!!  Kettlebells bring a lot of dynamic and variety to a workout!!!

And for the CF general conditioning class, after all of that pulling, you’ve got to opt in for the the bonus WOD in order to hit the whole body. 🙂

CF Class WOD:

Weighted pull-ups 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps BONUS WOD: 3 Rounds 10 Squats 10 Jumping Squats 100 meter run

KB Class WOD: 3-5 Rounds:

5 Burpees 10 Lateral KB Swings (R) 5 Burpees 10 Lateral KB Swings (L) 10 Slam balls
