It’s outdoor running for everyone today in both the CrossFit Class WOD and the Kettlebell Class WOD.  Bundle up as we are running outside no matter what the weather is unless there is ice.  🙂  No worries, once you start running, you won’t be cold for too long.  🙂

CF Class WOD: Run 800 meters Rest 2 minutes Run 600 meters Rest 1:30 minutes Run 400 meters Rest 1 minute Run 200 meters

KB Class WOD: 5 Rounds 21 Russian KB Swings 250m run 12 Ring Dips
