21-15-9 rep rounds usually calls for a weight or intensity to complete the WOD within 10 minutes.  But, check out these exercises “J.T.” has us doing…. 10 minutes if you are lucky.  It’s okay though, we did “J.T.” with pride and probably some expected chest and tricep soreness from all of the pushing.  🙂
