Today was a special day for CrossFit Striking.  On a first come first serve basis a group of 10 CFitters were given the opportunity to experience CrossFit Striking to see what it is all about and how striking or self defense movements mix together all in one workout.  Just ask any of them…THEY LOVED IT!!!!
