Congrats to Aldona who completed her second 1/2 Ironman last weekend, finishing the Ironman 70.3 California course in 7:16.
But this 1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike, 13.1 mile run was just her warm-up!
She is competing in Ironman Lake Placid this July covering the full 140.6 miles!
