Join Coach Andrew for another rucking experience at Lake Montebello in Northeast Baltimore.
At its simplest, it’s walking with a weight, which could be a backpack, sandbag, kettlebell, you name it.

We’ll meet by the Hillen Road entrance to Lake Montebello at 8 AM with our objects in-hand. It’s recommended to find parking either along Hillen Road or in the Mayfield neighborhood.
From there, we’ll walk around the lake and stop at each of the four workout stations around it to complete various movements with the object we’re carrying:
- 15 Push presses
- 15 Back squats
- 15 Weighted glute bridges
- A 1-minute plank hold
Afterward, everyone is invited to grab a coffee/tea and baked goods at Zeke’s Coffee, which is just north of Lake Montebello on Harford Road.
