Exercise that uses the same movements that you use in your everyday function of life is the key to living everyday with greater ease, training for your sport, or rehabilitation from your orthopedic injuries or medical diagnosis. That is how we train to LIVE. You can experience our functional training program that incorporates strength, cardiovascular, and bodyweight movement training through group classes, personal training, or a combination of both. We will help you figure out what works best for you. This is not a cookie cutter program.
= Workout of the Day
The WOD, Workout Of the Day, is just that. Everyday is a different workout. Working out in this manner constantly shocks your system. You’re not doing the same routine every time you come in as you may do in a traditional gym. You simply pick the class time that is convenient for you and let us do the rest. We will coach you through each step from the warm-up to the cool-down stretch at the end. You can participate in the group classes with either our All Inclusive Membership or the All Access Pass 10 visit punchcard.
= 30 Minute Bodyweight Class
This is a 30 minute class that is all bodyweight movements. No need to worry about knowledge and experience using barbells or free weights. This class is open for everyone. You do not have to be a member of Arenal Fitness to join in on the fun. Come on your own or bring a friend. EVERYONE IS WELCOME!
= Start ‘Em Young, Build ‘Em Strong
Our CrossFit Kids program is a 30 minute class for kids ages 7-12 years old. We will teach your child the foundational movements of functional training using bodyweight movements, free weights, and cardiovascular training. Classes are currently on Mondays and Tuesdays 5-5:30pm.
= Martial Arts + CrossFit = FUN!
Athletes will increase overall fitness, core strength, rotational speed and power by incorporating striking drills into CrossFit workouts. Strikes are some of the most functional movements because punching and kicking with true power, speed and accuracy require people to utilize their entire body. This is why fighters are some of the most well-conditioned and powerful athletes in the world.
= Gymnastics Workout of the Day

This class is based on the teachings of elite gymnast Carl Paoli. He is currently the largest online resource for gymnastics-movement training and conditioning for CrossFit coaches and athletes.

Our classes will challenge you and help you become a stronger athlete both mentally and physically. We also offer all day open gym to allow you time to work on your own primary, accessory or sport specific programming.

If you’re an older athlete or looking to get back into working out after a long hiatus, you’re in good hands with us. Our Basics program or Personal Training sessions will help you learn the basics and our staff is always happy to help you find options to scale movements up and down based on ability limitations. We’ll make sure you always get a safe and fun workout, regardless of where you are starting.
