Thanks so much for coming out to support us at the new Cromwell Bridge location last night.  What better way to spend a Friday night than with a workout followed by food and drinks at the Food Truck Rally? 

Met-con:

Partner Workout!  One partner works while the other rests.

3, 7 minute AMRAPS with a 2 minute rest in between.

AMRAP 1:

30 Mountain Climbers

10 Air Squats

AMRAP 2:

Shuttle run:  20,40,60 feet

10 Alternating chest taps

AMRAP 3:

100 meter overhead plate carry

10 Sit-ups
