G-WOD PRACTICE for 15-20 minutes: Handstand practice and spotting


Partner WOD: 3 Rounds: Max Handstand hold.  Loser does 20 push-ups while winner does shoulder pass-thrus 20 Pull-Ups between partners 20 Pistols between partners Burpee Battle:  10 Burpees each – see who finishes first – must be in quality form.    Loser does 30 Air Squats, while winner does front leg swings – be sure to hit both legs (http://gymnasticswod.com/content/front-leg-swing#)
