then: FOR QUALITY: 4 Rounds: 1 rope climb 30 second handstand hold

then for time (Met-con): Complete three, 5-minute rounds, spending one minute at each movement in each round. Take a one minute rest between rounds. Score is total reps. Row for Calories Box Jumps Double Unders Burpees 10 m sprint (1 point for every 10m)
