For QUALITY: 10 to 1: Ring Row Push Up Make tempo for each movement 2 seconds up, hold 1 second, 2 seconds down, hold 1 second.

Met-con: For time: 100 Double Unders then:  4 Rounds 20 Mountain Climbers 3, 10 meter shuttle runs 20 Air squats 3, 10 meter shuttle runs then:   100 Double Unders
