Lie on ground and start in hollow body position With legs straight and together, bring them up and towards your torso While raising your legs, reach for the toes with your hands Finish in a pike position with your hands and feet meeting at hip level, then return to hollow body position

Each time you break perform 3 Burpees
1. Downward dog hold or push-up position hold 2. Headstand against wall (tripod with abmat under head) 3. Pike position hold or push-up on wall or box 4. Handstand hold or push-up, walk up or kick up 5. Handstand push-ups to however many abmats/plates, etc.
