PRACTICE for QUALITY

Rowing & Double Unders Each partner must complete 3 x 500m rows maintaining 20-25 strokes per minute.  While your partner is rowing, practice double unders.

then: Met-con: As many rounds as possible in 20 mins of: 5 Pull-up (strict)s – can use bands 10 Push-ups 20 second L Sit On Parallette – (may be accumulated time) 200 meter run
