Strength:

Practice 15-20 minutes Breaking down the burpee!! Burpee Skill Transfer – better jump/land mechanics.  Will transfer to Oly lifts.

Met-Con: Partner Workout of: 6 rounds of As Many Reps as Possible in 2mins of: 200m Run in remaining time complete as many burpees as possible  (Alternate rounds with partner, therefore when 1st person completes the 1st round 2nd person rest etc)
