Tabata seems to find us all. For those of you who don’t know the Tabata style of training, it is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds (4 minutes total).
And for our CF general conditioning class WOD, when you first look at it, you would think it’s “Cindy”. Look a bit closer and it’s “Cindy” on steroids….HAVE FUN!!!! BE SAFE!!! SCALE!!!!
KB Class WOD: Tabata: 4 Rounds of each instead of 8 rounds. Rest 1 minute between rounds.
