Front Squat 5-5-5-5-5 reps

BONUS WOD: 3 rounds for time of: 20 Jumpropes (Single Under) 10 Kettlebell Swings (55/35) 10 Tuck Jumps 10 Ab-mat Sit-ups

KB Class WOD: Dual kb clean and jerk for 1 minute 1 minute rest Dual kb clean and jerk for 2 minutes 1 minute rest Dual kb clean and jerk for 1 minute
