Baseball
The breakdown of the game:
For 10 minutes with AMRAP (as many rounds as possible)
Start at Home Plate: 10 Squats and run to 1st base
1st Base: 5 shoulder presses and run to 2nd base
2nd Base: 5 Sumo Deadlift High Pull and run to 3rd base
3rd Base: 10 Jumping Jacks and run home
