Minerva Contreras WOD: 30 Box Jumps 24/20”,30 Kettlebell Swings 55/35,30 Goblet Squats 55/35,30 Medicine Ball Sit-ups 20/14,30 Wall Ball 20/14 *Every Minute on the Minute Complete 4 Burpees Minerva now owns the 20″ box! I’ve seen her walk up to the 20″ box countless times and think about jumping on it, only to walk away muttering under her breath. When she started CrossFit, she was jumping on a 10″ box and over time has gradually added plates on top, but just couldn’t muster the courage to try the 20″. After getting the padded box she started jumping on the 18″ section with no problem. I got her to walk over to the 20″ box but she still couldn’t do it. So we added the section to make it a 24″ box and she jumped on it several times! She then walked right over to the 20″ box and nailed it! There’s no looking back now!
