Randy Resnick WOD: Strength: Hang Squat Clean 6×2 Met-Con: 3 Rounds for time: Row 500 meters, Run 400 meters Randy Resnick had a lightbulb moment today. Over the course of six sets, he responded to cues and transformed from a forearm curl and a partial front squat to a legit hang squat clean. The speed of adaptation was impressive.
