Warm-Up: 2 Rounds

30 Jumping Jacks

20 Mountain Climbers

10 Tuck Jumps

WOD:  Burpee/Sit-up Ladder

10 Burpees, 2 Sit-ups, 9 Burpees, 4 Sit-ups, 8 Burpees, 6 Sit-ups…continue decreasing Burpees by 1 and increasing Sit-ups by 2 until you end with 1 Burpee and 20 Sit-ups
