NEN WOD for Sunday 12/5/10

For time: Throw a ball (any ball) as far as possible. Sprint to it. Do 15 push ups. Throw it again in the same direction. Lunge to it. Do 30 sit ups. Throw it again in the same direction. Broad jump to it. Do 30 jumping lunges. Throw it again in the same direction. Run backwards to it. Pick it up. Sprint home. ]]>
