CrossFit WOD: 30 Minute Timecap: Partner WOD: In teams of 2 complete 3 rounds of: Run 800 meters AMRAP 20 OH Walking Lunges (45#/35#) w/ plate+ 10 Burpees – Jump on Plate

Partner 1 heads out for an 800 meter run.  Partner 2 completes as many rounds as possible of 20 OH Walking Lunges + 10 Burpees to Plate.  When Partner 1 returns from the run, partners switch.  Repeat for 3 rounds. 

Kettlebell WOD:

30 minute timecap:  Partner Workout In teams of 2 complete: Run 800 meters AMRAP 16 KB Swings (55/35), 8 Burpees Run 600 meters AMRAP 12 KB Swings, 6 Burpees Run 400 meters AMRAP 8 KB Swings, 4 Burpees

While Partner 1 completes the run, Partner 2 completes AMRAP KB Swing/Burpee.  Switch. Repeat.
