Is your fall schedule getting busy and you can’t find the time to fit everything in? The 12pm lunchtime express CrossFit Class has been a hit so we are adding more. You can now find 30 minute express CrossFit classes at 7:30am on Wednesdays and Fridays and 12pm on Tuesday and Thursdays. Check out our group class schedule on our website.
