PLOD – Smoothie (submitted by Kat) Blend: 1 big handful of kale (or spinach, but I used kale) 1 banana 1 pear 1 huge spoon of almond butter Add a small amount of water and coconut milk just to make it more smoothie-like (maybe a few tablespoons of each) Serves two.
