Fuel as RX PLOD – Paleo Pizza! (Submitted by Tori and eaten by Josh) The Paleo Pizza Crust -2 cups ground flax seed -1/3 cup olive oil -1/4 cup water -3 eggs Mix all of the above and then fold in: -2 egg whites beaten until stiff to lighten the mixture (instead of baking soda) Preheat the oven to 350. Spread this mixture on top of baking paper on a flat pan VERY thin. Cook for about 20 min until crispy, and then add toppings of choice, and bake for another 10 min. I used organic tomato sauce, sliced cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, sliced chicken, an assortment of mushrooms, spinach, and some spices. ****This is best eaten on the day of preparation 🙂 [gallery columns="2"] ]]>
