Your leaders for week one of The Paleo Challenge are Ben Prosser and Karen Levin…maybe. Points were due yesterday and still over half of our participants have not reported to Tori ([email protected]). If you want to be in the running for the AWESOME bevy of prizes that have been stockpiled, you need to be on point with this and report your totals by the deadlines (Mondays with the exception of the final week when points are due on Saturday). This is how she wants it: (Week 1 max = 59 points) 12 possible for sleep (sat-thurs) 12 possible for wods (max of 4 wods) 35 possible for food Remember weeks run Saturday to midnight Friday.  We count sleep on the day we wake from it.  Again…if you haven’t reported…do it…NOW!]]>
