Paleo Challenge Scoring and MEATZA!

First, we’ve been getting some questions on the scoring…so here is what you need to know: Weeks run from Saturday through Friday. Points are to be reported to Tori ([email protected]) by Monday with the exception of the last week where your points need to be reported by Saturday…if Tuesday comes and you haven’t reported…no points.   For this first week the following are available to be earned: 12 points for sleep (Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).  Friday night’s sleep will count to the next week. 12 points for Arenal programmed WODs. 35 points for strict paleo eating compliance (Saturday thru midnight Friday).
