because you aren’t giving it any. Since the Paleo Challenge in October, Ryan and I have added dairy back into our diets.  I drink milk, and we both enjoy cream in our coffee and some cheese.  There is very little feeling of deprivation now.  I love that Paleo allows for these kinds of personal preference tweaks.  I’d recommend trying Paleo strictly for a month to see what it’s about, and then making it your own.  Most importantly, going Paleo has enabled me to realize that I have control over how I feel to a much larger degree than I realized.  I no longer have to be dragged, kicking and screaming to the gym because now I have enough energy to know I can handle it.  And finally, if you want to give this a shot don’t forget that your Arenal family will be there to back you up.
