The Challenge is on!  Hungry yet? So who likes hot wings…simple, everybody! Here is a great recipe from Paleo On Main to satisfy you. Equipment: Slow Cooker / CrockPot Ingredients: 5-6 Frozen B/S Chicken Breasts 1/2 Tbsp Dried Parsley 1 tsp Garlic Powder 1 Tbsp Onion Powder 1/2 tsp Dried Thyme 1/4 tsp Salt 1 C Frank’s Red Hot Sauce (MUST BE THE ORIGINAL VARIETY!!!) Instructions: Place the chicken in the slow cooker. Combine all other ingredients in a bowl and mix. Pour the bowl of hotsaucetasticness over the chicken. Cover, press ON, and cook for 5-6 hours.
