RunFitWanna run? Wanna get faster? Wanna have some fun while you’re doing it? Then come join us! Quit putting in those boring, waste-of-time junk miles and make your training worthwhile. This will be a workout (WOD) based on our beloved CrossFit classes. The workout will begin with a run-specific warm-up, followed by a running WOD. A nice little cool-down/stretching phase will follow. The class will be from 30-45 minutes in length and occasionally some body weight exercises will be thrown in to keep you on your toes and to keep you from getting stale. All classes will be held outside. The price is $50 per month for 2 sessions per week. There is a $15 drop-in fee. All abilities and experience are welcomed and encouraged.]]>
