Hi! I have been doing CrossFit for over seven years. Before that, my fitness routine was pretty much cardio and weight lifting. I got over the idea of “women who lift bulking up” fairly quickly as I began to feel toned and stronger, and not bulky! CrossFit has helped me to elevate my strength and overall fitness to levels I would never have imagined, and it’s fun! The main reasons that I love CrossFit, and coaching it, are that CrossFit truly is for ANYONE, and you never get bored! The workouts are always new, different, innovative, and encouraging, along with the community of support that tends to populate CrossFit boxes. I am really looking forward to meeting you, coaching, and working out with you!
