Thanksgiving Day Workout

A few notes from Coach Marcie: 

We will be having this outside (unless it is raining cats and dogs). So – if it’s cold, bundle up! I will also have a laptop for those participating via Zoom. If you are planning on attending in person, signing up in advance is recommended to reserve your spot.

Since so many plans have changed for Thanksgiving, let’s try to make this as fun as possible – wear at least 1 piece of clothing that is Thanksgiving related. Be creative, and have fun with this, go a little crazy – or wear an orange ribbon – anything to represent how thankful we are!

Last, but not least, I volunteer at the Ronald McDonald House in Baltimore City. Typically, they have a conference room of donated toys/gifts for the families to “shop” for holiday gifts, at no charge to the families. Due to the COVID crisis, they are doing something different this year, and collecting Target, Walmart, and Amazon gift cards for the families. Every gift card donated will be matched by their Roll with Ryder organization (see more info at rmhcmaryland.org). If you would like to pitch in for a gift card, please bring your donation on Thursday to the workout, or contact me separately. Thank you in advance – this is an amazing organization run mostly by volunteers….so any contributions are always appreciated.
