AMRAP = As Many Rounds As Possible SDHP = Sumo Deadlift High Pull Now, we are adding Tabata. Tabata = 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for 4 minutes of one exercise Today’s WOD was called “Tabata Something Else” and boy was this workout SOMETHING ELSE!!!

Pull Ups, Push Ups, Sit Ups, and Squats

That’s right, 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for 4 minutes per exercise for 4 exercises = 16 minutes total.

The looooonnnnngggeeesssstttt 16 minutes of your life.

Add the total number of reps and that’s your score.
