Bench Press – test for max

Got a lot of new postings to the strength wall.  New PRs for many!!!  WAY TO GO!!

Weighted Pull Ups 1-1-1-1-1-1-1

Goal – add weight to your own body weight or decrease the assistance of the strength band pull ups and pull more of your own body weight.  Again, NEW  PRs in this category as well!! Yippee!!!
