All Inclusive Membership (over 50 classes per week to choose from):
- Unlimited CrossFit group classes – 4 levels of scaling plus a choice of barbells or kettlebells for weighted movements
- 24/7 Key Fob Access – to work on skills or for times you can’t make it to class
All Memberships are Month to Month with no annual commitment. Changes to membership agreements can be made with 30 days written notice.
Our class programs provide limited capacity group training for each of our participants. Our certified instructors focus on functional training form and technique for each individual exercise in order for our members to perform their workout routine at their own level within a group setting.
In the group classes we focus on strength, skills, and MetCon (metabolic conditioning) workouts. However, you can expand your training within the “CrossFit Umbrella” with our Specialty Courses and training expertise. The end result of any activity or venture is never successful without learning the basics first. Arenal Fitness is no different. Our mandatory prerequisite Basics program is designed to teach you the “Basic” movements of functional training and complete a workout that incorporates what you just learned in order to ease your comfort into a new workout regimen.
The result of what a true CrossFit style workout can bring you is peak performance during a workout, peak performance throughout your activities of daily living and pushing yourself out of your comfort zone in order to achieve new goals every day of your life.
