They did a baseline WOD (for time) at the beginning of the challenge and did the exact same WOD at the end of the challenge. 96% of the participants improved their time! Below are some of the highest improvements: Whitney 26.8% improvement Kevin 24.6% Chris 16.5% Lindsay 10% Dawn 8.4% In addition to improving their time they felt better physically and mentally. Most of original participants still follow Paleo today. Remember, Paleo isn’t a diet…it’s a lifestyle.
