So, a person thinks hummmm…do I take my time and try to jump as far as I can to cover more ground or do I go for the fastest time possible risking shorter jumps and having to do more reps?

As we have always said from day 1, CF is SCALABLE for EVERYONE.  You do what you can do at your intensity.
