While one partner runs 400m, the other completes an AMRAP of: 5/5 Military Press 8 Russian KBS 6 KB Front Squats

**must complete 3 x 400 meter runs each.

**At some point during the workout, at teams discretion, partners must complete a 400 meter sled drag or Farmer’s Carry, 200 meters each.
