“CF Total” was today’s WOD.  This is the most amount of weight you can lift in 3 attempts for the following exercises:

Back Squat

Shoulder Press

Deadlift

Your score is the total amount of weight for each lift added together.

A lot of PR’s were hit today. CONGRATULATIONS!!!
