50 Back Extensions

50 Sit-ups

As if the pain in your hamstrings and low back weren’t enough in this workout, our CrossFitters also dealt with the heat and for some, the pouring rain!!  Good thing we had our Monkey Butt powder to get us through (see picture below)  🙂

…and if that isn’t enough, while running in the pouring rain, Dawn stopped to help a little old lady cross the street…’cause that’s just the kind of person she is.  Thanks Dawn!
