Choice of a “Squat” Bodyweight Progression
Met-Con:
4 rounds, each round is 2:30
Row 250m
1 Rope climb
Ring dips
At the start of each round, complete the row and rope climb; then do as many ring dips as possible in the remaining time 
before 2:30. Rest exactly 1 minute between each round. Your score is the total number of ring dips completed.
