Strength: Deadlift 5-3-2    Choose a “Pull” Bodyweight Progression.

Met-Con: In teams of 2 – same bar for all movements. 15 minute AMRAP: Partner A runs one 200M Sprint Partner B does AMRAP Power Cleans + Jerks (95/65)) until A gets back. Switch and repeat. Partner A runs 200 M Partner B does AMRAP Back squats from floor until A returns. Switch and repeat. (95/65) Partner A runs 200 M Partner B does AMRAP Double Unders. Switch and repeat. Partner A runs 200 M Partner B does AMRAP Burpees.  Switch and repeat. *start over if you complete it all
