Strength: Deadlift Dips, 8-10 reps

Met-Con: 3 Rounds Partner A: 400/300 m row Partner B. 21 Kettlebell Swings + 12 Pull ups ME Burpees Score is the athlete’s total Burpees. If the rower gets off first, they can start to do burpees to accumulate a higher score until Partner B finishes their swings and pull ups. Partner B will get a score of 0 for burpees and must move onto the rower. You should aim to beat your partner and get the most number of burpee reps possible.
