Strength: Deadlift 3×5 Choose from a “Push” Bodyweight Progression

Met-Con: AMRAP 1 minute Thrusters AMRAP 6 minutes 5 Pull-ups 10 Power Cleans 15 Double Unders

As soon as you finish thrusters, get right onto the pull-up bar.  This a quick but intense workout.
