Strength:

Snatch 10 minute EMOM:
3 Snatch Deadlifts to just above the knee
2 Hang Snatch High Pull
1 Snatch from the floor
Met-Con:
Partner WOD
15 minute AMRAP
10 Kettlebell Swings
10 Jumping Alternating Lunges
10 Push Presses 
One partner completes AMRAP of above with the other completes a 100m forward/100m backward run.
When the partner returns from the run, they pick up where their partner left off.
